Sue Hampton
Co-founder &
Physiotherapist
Susannah graduated as a physiotherapist from the University of Malta in 2012 and completed her Masters degree in Clinical Biomechanics in 2018. Her journey into the world of physiotherapy was strongly influenced by her background in sports. Having spent 12 years as a gymnast, she developed a firsthand understanding of the physical challenges and demands athletes face. Her passion for sports and movement is what led her into the field of physiotherapy.
With over 10 years experience working in both the public and private sector, Susannah has worked in various areas of physiotherapy including long-term care and rehabilitation for the elderly, amputee rehabilitation, acute medical and orthopedic conditions as well as sports and musculoskeletal injuries in an acute and rehabilitation setting. She spent 4 years working as a Senior Physiotherapist at a rehabilitation hospital. As part of the team there, she helped in the rehabilitation of persons post-trauma and surgery including orthopedic conditions, spinal injuries and brain trauma as well as amputations.
Throughout her career, Susannah has developed a special interest in the rehabilitation of orthopaedic and musculoskeletal injuries. Through a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education, she strives to empower individuals to actively participate in their rehabilitation journey.

Sharon Cutajar
Co-founder &
Physiotherapist
Sharon Cutajar is a state registered Physiotherapist who graduated in 2012 from the University of Malta with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Physiotherapy. In 2014 she went on to further her studies by reading for a Master in Gerontology and Geriatrics and following her research into retaining physical function in older adults using the CrossFit approach, Sharon has been published in the official CrossFit Journal in September 2016.
She is continuously looking to expand her knowledge and expertise through accredited courses including; Kinesiology taping, Mulligan concept mobilisation with movement and acupuncture. Sharon is also a qualified moving and handling instructor.
With over 10 years of experience in both the public and private sector, she worked in various settings, eventually becoming a team leader in adult rehabilitation at Karin Grech Hospital. There she provides rehabilitation for those recovering from complex neurological and orthopaedic injures such as spinal cord injuries and polytrauma. Her experience in these fields allows her to bring a multifaceted outlook to treatment.
She is committed to combine her passion for exercise and rehabilitation together with evidence based literature to provide her clients with an effective and holistic approach.

Jamie Maistre
Physiotherapist
Jamie is a state registered Physiotherapist who graduated in 2018 from the University of Malta with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Physiotherapy. He pursued to further his studies, and in 2023 he achieved a Master’s degree in Sports Medicine, Exercise & Health at the University of College London. During his Masters, Jamie undertook a research project observing at how high-grade hamstring injuries in professional athletes affect the body as a whole, delving further into how different muscle groups and connective tissue function together as ‘anatomical slings’.
With over 5 years experience working in both the public and private sector, Jamie has worked in various areas of physiotherapy including long-term care, rehabilitation for the elderly, amputee rehabilitation, orthopedic and neurlogical rehabilitation, aswell as sport and musculoskeletal conditions both in an acute and rehabilitation setting. Jamie is currently working in adult rehabilitation at Karin Grech Hospital, focused on providing rehabiliation as part of a multi-disciplinary team for complex orthopedic and neurological cases, such as spinal cord injuries, polytraumas and amputees.
Jamie has particular interest towards sports rehabilitation and enjoys working with athletes to facilitate their recovery, optimize sporting performance and prevent re-injuries. He has been involved with the local football scene since he graduated, working at both club level in the BOV Premier League and national level with the U21 men’s team.
